Competence-based assignment of tasks to workers in factories with demand-driven manufacturing

چکیده
Abstract The paper is motivated by real problems concerning tasks assignment to workers in medium-sized upholstered furniture plants managed using the Demand-Driven Manufacturing. Although methodology was developed for it can be applied other types of production plants. We involve competence coefficients, which describe level worker’s skills or capabilities perform a specific task. coefficients are also used block possibility assigning given task worker that has no do it. Additionally, we dummy model guarantees existence solution problem. present and discuss Integer Linear Programming Models posted problem closely related Generalized Assignment Problem. potential use presented solve real-life management.
